The tarot deck Sue is using this month is called the Tarot of the Divine, by Yoshi Yoshitani.
ARIES: Don’t rush things.
Tarot Card: Death. Transformation is on the horizon. While you might want to take time to do things the right way, make sure that you don’t use perfectionism as a reason to avoid change.
TAURUS: You can fix it.
Tarot Card: The Ace of Cups. New love, friendship, and perhaps a new way of working with your intuition will help you through this phase in life.
Tarot Card: 10 of Swords. Ouch. That hurt. But at least it’s over. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start again. This time, listen to your intuition/higher self and be very aware of red flags. You don’t want to deal with the pain all over again.
CANCER: Things are never the same…
Tarot Card: 10 of Swords. Another sign that has to really take a look at who betrayed them and stabbed them in the back. It’s over now. It’s time to lick your wounds and really be consciously aware of the red flags that come up when dealing with others. You don’t need to be a doormat.
LEO: Be careful. Don’t put off til tomorrow what you can do today.
Tarot Card: Page of Swords. It’s time to shift perspectives and breathe some new life into old routines and ways of thinking. You might get a sudden hit of insight on a problem, or meet someone who brings with them a light, airy feeling and who helps you to see life in a new way.
Tarot Card: 4 of Swords. Time to take a break. You need it. Put down all of the MUSTs and SHOULDs and allow yourself to breathe for a moment. It’s time to get some rest and do the things that recharge your soul.
LIBRA: Make peace.
Tarot Card: 3 of Swords. This is a time for you to forgive and make peace with yourself and the others your life who might have wronged you. Dragging resentment around with you won’t serve you or anyone else, for that matter.
SCORPIO: Look around you…
Tarot Card: Knight of Cups. While my personal interpretation of the Knight of Cups leans more toward avoiding your feelings and emotions (crushing from afar, look but don’t touch), the guide book from the Tarot of the Divine has he Knight of Cups actively dealing with emotions and even shows the knight IN the water. Obviously, we want to be mature and self-aware enough to be the best version of ourselves and deal with our emotional needs, but we do have to be mindful of not using the energy of force or rush to do so.
SAGITTARIUS: Be optimistic!
Tarot Card: Queen of Swords. It’s time to start thinking and acting from your intellect, rather than from your heart. It might be a little bit of an adjustment to make, but you might need to think before you act and keep a cool head.
CAPRICORN: You sowed these seeds…
Tarot Card: 8 of Cups/2 of Swords. When things no longer serve you, your spirit, your growth, your SOUL, you might have to leave them behind. While this can include internal things, like habits and thought patterns, it can also point (especially because of the influence of the Cups) to relationships and friendships. You have a decision to make. You know what you need to do, but you are having trouble fully committing to the choice.
AQUARIUS: Feel the world.
Tarot Card: 8 of Pentacles. It’s time to put the energy into a project that is important to you. Your hard work will pay off, but not immediately. Don’t rush or feel like things are taking too long. Your success will come from the work you put in and in the right time.
PISCES: Find a method.
Tarot Card: 4 of Wands. Finally, you are in a stage where you’ve achieved solidity in your desires and passions. This is a time to celebrate. Build more stability and comfort into your life and enjoy the transition from one phase into the next, especially in areas where your motivation and passion are concerned.
